As always, the more time, the better! We can try to accommodate last-minute bookings, but at least 4-6 weeks notice is preferred.
If your event is outdoors, we’ll be reaching out a few days in advance to discuss a rain, heat, or snow plan with you!

In general, there are several things included in your rental. The display itself, setup before the event, breakdown after the event (with the exception of just balloons), and delivery. There may be an additional fee for delivery depending on where your venue is.
Our minimum for balloon orders is $750, but that can be off set by adding on some of our rentals!
Yes! However, any outdoor display will need to be set up the day of the event. If the event is indoors, then the balloons can be set up prior to the event date. Balloons do not do well in the direct sunlight or extreme heat! A good rule of thumb is to choose a spot that is not in direct sunlight.

Yes! Just let us know at the time of booking, so we can bring the appropriate materials. We also have neon signs available!
No, unfortunately due to past damages done to our walls, we only offer delivery by Lucy Blossoms
