How it works

1. Contact Us

Before you do anything, make sure to fill out our contact form! There’s room for you to submit important event info, so we can reach out with the right questions. 

2. Discovery Call

Once you submit an inquiry, we’ll reach out within 48 hours to finalize the planning!

3. Event day!

Sit back and relax, because we’ll be taking care of everything! From delivery and setup, to breaking down the display after your event, we’ll make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

FAQs

1. How far in advance should we contact you? 

As always, the more time, the better! We can try to accommodate last-minute bookings, but at least 4-6 weeks notice is preferred.

2. What if the weather is bad the day of my event? 

If your event is outdoors, we’ll be reaching out a few days in advance to discuss a rain, heat, or snow plan with you! 

3. Do you offer full-service event planning?  

Yes! Just indicate that you are interested in full-service event planning on your inquiry form!

4. What is included in my rental?

In general, there are several things included in your rental. The display itself, setup before the event, breakdown after the event (with the exception of just balloons), and delivery. There may be an additional fee for delivery depending on where your venue is.
